Hello, my name is Paulo, but you can call me PHGod_Yu. I'm 23 years old and I'm from Brazil. I am getting better and better and am struggling with a debilitating situation. I'm fulfilling my dream of learning to draw, something I've always wanted since I was a kid. My goal is to make a living doing something that, in addition to pleasing you, in a way, will have some fun!
I hope you like something I drew.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment process:
• Payment via Paypal Invoice or Pix-code donations. No refunds.
• All payments are paid upfront, the commission will be started only after the payment has been made.
• I will start working on your order only after receiving the down payment, 50% before and 50% after work.
• If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.

Refunds
• You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
• The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).

Accomplishment priority:
• If you so wish, there will be an increase of +40% of the total amount.
• Private commissions are available for +$10 | BR: R$10 (Note: not having your name listed with the commission is free).

Working progress
• I'll send you a first draft so you can let me know about changes/corrections needed.
• Then I will send the updated sketch for approval and, when approved, I will send the finished piece.
• First of all, make sure what you want before commission it, cause mistake are not included.
• If you want to change anything in the finished piece that is not mentioned above, a fee will be charged depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details on my part will be corrected free of charge. You always receive the PNG file of your art together with, if requested, the different versions, including the background and the small watermark.
• I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose and approve. You must apply most crucial corrections during this phase.
• There will be financial additions for additional changes, around +$5 | BR: R$5 per change.
• If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.

Artist rights
• As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.
• If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for portfolio/prints/artbooks, etc.
• If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for digital content that doesn't include PSD file and full-sized illustration.
• I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.
• I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason. I only accept commission requests related to what I do, to check it click here.
• I will do my best to deliver within 30 days, complications will be reported as soon as possible.
• Please be patient and keep in mind that I work with multiple commissions simultaneously, in addition to other personal responsibilities that I have, I ask you to be kind in case I take a little longer with your order because I want to deliver the best result of my work to you!

I, [your name/username], certify I have read, understood and accepted your terms of service and I also verify that the commission I am purchasing is 100% voluntary, I am of legal age and/or have my parent's permission to purchase it. As well as I promise to not request any chargeback once the artwork is finished.

• Commission Type: (Bust/Things up/Full body)
• Background: (None/Simple/Complex)
• Other: (Anything you think is useful for me to know. Such as character personality and important details.)

Completed commissions will be delivered via email or Discord
• You cannot claim my art, designs, or other works/commissions made by me as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.
• I suggest you to not post the original full-sized file online, to prevent someone from stealing or monetizing it.
• You will receive only the digital art file. I do not work with printed commissions nor any other physical art merch.
• If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted it may cost extra. This does not apply to Commercial Commissions.
• Customer may resize/crop the artwork ordered to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in a non-profit, non-commercial digital format. The customer cannot alter the artwork itself (ask if unsure).
• You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes.
• Customers can post the completed and finalized commission on their social/personal media sites.
